Refund Policy

Payments

For your convenience, our clinic uses secure Stripe link payments so you can pay directly via the link provided for your appointments. Payments made via card incur a 1% processing fee. 

We also accept PayID if clients prefer to avoid this fee. Please note that payments are due 3 days before scheduled appointments. If payments are not made by the required due date, appointments could be cancelled and offered to waitlist clients. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

Please aim to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

 

Rescheduled appointments with 48 hours or more notice: the full amount can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.

 

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice: payment made minus a non-refundable $50 booking fee can be put towards your rescheduled appointment.

 

Cancellations: can be refunded minus a non-refundable $50 booking fee, which acknowledges the missed appointment's impact on schedules and administration time. This approach balances flexibility and fairness, acknowledges missed appointment impact on schedules, and avoids the common 50% late cancellation fee for clients who sometimes may not be able to provide sufficient notice.
